The Philosophy
I founded Elevate Physio NYC because I saw a massive gap in how active New Yorkers were being treated in traditional healthcare. The standard model of 15-minute appointments and generic sheets of stretches wasn't good enough. I built this practice to offer a different standard of care: 100% one-on-one, uninterrupted sports rehab that bridges the gap between the treatment table and a return to training. My goal is never just to get you out of pain; it is to build the physical resilience you need to perform at a higher level than before your injury.
Education & Clinical Training
My approach is built on a foundation of advanced clinical training. I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy and the Highest Clinical Achievement Award from my graduating class at Touro College, and have pursued specialized training in advanced manual therapy and sports performance. This extensive background allows me to accurately diagnose complex issues and apply elite, targeted treatments to get athletes back in the game faster.
Movement & Athletic Longevity
My clinical style is heavily influenced by my own personal relationship with sports and movement. While deeply valuing the foundation of structured strength training, my personal athletic outlets have always been engaging, movement-based sports. I understand what it means to simply want to move well and have fun doing it. I am also deeply passionate about athletic longevity—studying the lifestyle and movement habits of Blue Zone populations to help my patients retain muscle mass, maintain their capacity, and stay highly active for decades to come, not just for the current season.
Outside the Clinic
I spend my time navigating the beautiful chaos of raising two kids alongside my partner and exploring everything the city has to offer. Whether we are chasing the kids around the park or some pickup ball, I am always looking for fun, dynamic ways to move and stay active.
